National Pro Video is proud to be one of Mitsubishi's Factory Authorized Service Centers for projectors providing warranty and out-of-warranty service.  We stock many Mitsubishi original replacement parts to help expedite repairs.  In the event we don't have a particular part(s) for a repair, we work directly with Mitsubishi in procuring the part(s) for such an event.
