Should you decline the estimate, this fee covers the technician’s time in diagnosing the unit and prepairing the estimate. This fee is collected on all units that the estimate is declined, non-repairable, no problem found; including units that are disposed of. Return shipping is in addition to this fee.

We stock many replacement parts for projectors to help expedite repairs. In the event we don't have the particular part(s) needed for a repair, we work directly with the manufacturer or with one of our many parts distributors across the country to procure the part(s) in such an event.
