Maxell and Hitachi Projector Service

National Pro Video is proud to be one of the select Factory Authorized Service Centers for Maxell and Hitachi projectors in the United States.  We work diligently at maintaining the needed inventory of Maxell and Hitachi original replacement parts to facilitate prompt and efficient service of your Maxell and/or Hitachi projector whether it is within the factory warranty or out-of-warranty.

As soon as your projector is received it is immediately assigned to a factory trained technician.  All projectors under full manufacturers warranty are normally repaired and ready to be returned within 24 hours of receiving.  There is no charge for the repair as well as no charge for standard return FedEx shipping.  If the unit is not in-warranty, our technician will contact you with repair cost and a full explanation of repairs needed.
