What are your diagnostic fees for out-of-warranty units?
Our diagnostic fees for out-of-warranty products carried-in or shipped-in is as follows:
Please Note: This fee is collected up front and is non-refundable. It can be paid by check or credit card. This fee is applied to all approved repairs. Should you decline the estimate, this fee covers the technician’s time in diagnosing the unit and prepairing the estimate. This fee is collected on all units that the estimate is declined, non-repairable, no problem found; including units that are disposed of. Return shipping is in addition to this fee.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. All repairs come with a 90 (ninety) day warranty on parts replaced and the labor to replace those parts from the date the unit is delivered or picked up. Abuse (physical damage, liquid damage, improper use), unauthorized or improper attempted repair(s), lightning or surge, etc. are not covered by our warranty.
How quickly are projector repairs completed?
Most projector repairs are completed with-in 5-7 working days. Part availability may increase this time.
