Our team of technicians and support personel know how important it is for a data wall system to display information properly. Our factory trained technicians will thoroughly diagnose, repair and align your data wall unit to Mitsubishi factory specifications for optimum performance. We stock many Mitsubishi original replacement parts to help expedite repairs and minimize down time. After repairs are completed, our quality control team will confirm operations of the unit including a four hour test in our temparature controlled Life Test Room to ensure reliable, optimum performance. Once quality control is complete, the unit is sent to shipping for packaging and return ship. We provide low cost return shipping with insurance for maximum shipping protection. Of course if you prefer, you can provide us with your own return shipping label.

Please Note: This fee is applied (when paid up-front) to all approved repairs. Should you decline the estimate, this fee covers the technician’s time in diagnosing the unit and prepairing the estimate. This fee is collected on all units that the estimate is declined, non-repairable, no problem found; including units that are disposed of. Return shipping is in addition to this fee.
